Can I get exclusivity? Bluefish Sport® does not offer exclusivity to our wholesale partners at this time.
Is there a minimum order? Yes! First-time orders must be a minimum $1,200.00 order; the reorder minimum is $500.00. Wholesale orders under $250.00 will not be processed.
When can I expect to receive product after my order has been placed? The lead time for delivery on first-time orders is generally 4–5 weeks after the order deadline date. Replenishment orders for on-hand merchandise (at-once orders) will ship within 5 business days, dependent upon product availability.
May I cancel my order after I've submitted it? No, once you have submitted your order it is final. Do you offer Gift Cards? Yes! You can purchase a Gift Card online click here. Our Gift Cards may be purchased and redeemed online or in-store. Please note that for international customers the billing and shipping address will need to be the same, just as with any other purchase(s) on the site. If you have any questions regarding Gift Cards our Customer Service department would love to hear from you and may be reached at 305.381.5024. Treat your Gift Card like cash, as it cannot be replaced. All Gift Card sales are final. Will my credit card be charged immediately? Yes, your credit card will be charged once you have submitted your order. When you enter your credit card information on the final review page, we'll give you an order confirmation number. You will also immediately receive an email confirming that your order has been received. We will send you another email to notify you when your order has shipped. When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive? If your order was placed Monday through Thursday, it will be shipped no later than the end of the next business day ET. If your order was placed on Friday prior to 1:00 p.m. ET, the order may be shipped the same day; if after 1:00 p.m. ET, it will be shipped on the following Monday. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Prior to checking out, you will see several estimated arrival dates, depending on the type of shipping you select. How do I track my order? Simply log in to your account, then click on the Track Order link at the top of the homepage. May I order by phone? Ordering from Bluefish Sport® is easy and delivery is fast. To order by phone, have your order ready along with your credit card number and expiration date and call 305.381.5024 to speak to one of our friendly sales reps. Is it safe shopping on your Web site? Yes! We utilize Secure Socket Layer technology [SSL], so that all of your personal data is encrypted before it is transmitted to us. In addition, our Web server resides behind a secure firewall. Does your site require any special software? We recommend that you use the latest version of Firefox, Explorer, Safari or Chrome. Whichever browser is your browser of choice, please make sure that you're using the most current version for optimal performance. What if an item is out of stock? If an item is out of stock, simply enter your account email address when prompted, and you will be notified as soon as the item is available. Will you ship to a P.O. Box? We do not ship at this time to any P.O. Box. 
What if I receive the wrong product(s)? Inspect all garments upon receipt. All claims for shortages, damaged or incorrect merchandise must be made with 3 days of receipt and reported to Customer Service. We will gladly exchange any garment, as long as it has not been worn, laundered or soiled. If you receive wrong color item, the wrong size item or the wrong item altogether, we will gladly make an exchange for free and pay for shipping.
We will reference the Order Number to ensure the accuracy of the request. If the request is not accurate, in that we did ship the proper item, we will simply refund the amount listed on your Bluefish Sport® invoice.
Should a production flaw be discovered, please ship the product back to Bluefish Sport® with an explanation of what is flawed, and we will exchange the garment. Please write "DEFECT" in large letters on the outside of the return package.
For international customers, we strongly advise that you select a carrier that will provide tracking and insurance on packages to be returned to Bluefish Sport®. When will my credit card be refunded? Once your package has been received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued to the original form of payment.
Please note that the credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.  Do you have a catalog? Bluefish Sport® provides all product information for consumers via our Web site. We will provide complete wholesale catalogs for wholesale customers/distributors. Simply call us at 305.381.5024, or click on Contact Us to request your catalog. The sales rep for your area will also contact you once a catalog has been requested.
How do I get on your mailing list? On either site, click on Sign-up for Our Newsletter on the homepage and fill out the request form completely, taking care to let us know whether you are a Retail customer or a Wholesale customer. Can I have my pants hemmed if I bought them online? Yes! You may request the length you want, and for an additional $4.50 we will hem and ship them to you in 5–7 business days. |
