Online Gift Certificates may be redeemed online at BluefishSport.com or at our Bluefish Sport® Showroom. Recipients of Online Gift Certificates must have a valid email account and Internet access to be able to receive and redeem Online Gift Certificates.
When you purchase an Online Gift Certificate from BluefishSport.com, we will automatically send the recipient an email that includes the Online Gift Certificate code and instructions for use on BluefishSport.com. The code should be entered onto the Payment Information page of the checkout process. If the amount of the order exceeds the amount of the Online Gift Certificate, the recipient will need to use a credit card to pay for the balance of the order. If any online store credit is available to the recipient, then the store credit will automatically be applied first.
Online Gift Certificates may only be used to purchase merchandise and cannot be used to purchase other Online Gift Certificates.
Only promotional or coupon codes have an expiration date. Online Gift Certificates purchased by our customers on BluefishSport.com do not expire.
Send an email to our Customer Service department and we will resend the redemption code for the Online Gift Certificate to the original recipient address. Please remember to include the recipient email address and/or the order number on which it was purchased. If you sent the Online Gift Certificate to the wrong email address, please contact our Customer Service department. Our representatives will only be able to resend your Online Gift Certificate to a different recipient if it has not been redeemed.
Promotional Online Gift Certificates and coupons cannot be resent or recovered if deleted.
There are no returns of Online Gift Certificates.
An online store credit will be issued to the gift recipient for the full amount of the merchandise return. BluefishSport.com does not offer exchanges or cash refunds for Online Gift Certificate purchases. Any funds charged to a credit card will be automatically credited to the same card.
