How do I become a partner on Bluefish Sport's Wholesale Team?
Complete the online wholesale inquiry and click 'Submit'.

Can I get exclusivity?
Bluefish Sport® does not offer exclusivity to our wholesale partners at this time.

When can I expect to receive product after my order has been placed?
The lead time for delivery on first-time orders is approximately 4–5 days after the order deadline date. Replenishment orders for on-hand merchandise (at-once orders) will ship within two business days, dependent upon product availability.

Will my credit card be charged immediately?
Yes, your credit card will be charged once you have submitted your order. When you enter your credit card information on the final review page, we'll give you an order confirmation number. You will also immediately receive an email confirming that your order has been received. We will send you another email to notify you when your order has shipped.

How do I track my order?
Simply log in to your account, then click on the Track Order link at the top, right-hand side of the homepage.

May I order by phone?
Ordering from Bluefish Sport® is easy and delivery is fast. To order by phone, have your order ready, along with your credit card number and expiration date, and call 305-381-5024 to speak to one of our friendly sales representatives.

Is it safe shopping on your Web site?
Yes! We utilize Secure Socket Layer technology [SSL], so that all of your personal data is encrypted before it is transmitted to us. In addition, our Web server resides behind a secure firewall.

Does your site require any special software?
We recommend that you use the latest version of Firefox, Safari or Chrome. Whichever browser is your browser of choice, please make sure that you're using the current version for optimal performance.

What if an item is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, simply enter your account email address when prompted, and you will be notified as soon as the item is available.

Will you ship to a P.O. Box?
We do not ship at this time to P.O. Boxes.

RETURNS AND CLAIMS POLICY

Wholesale returns are only accepted on manufacture defects or damaged items, there are no exceptions.  Please inspect all merchandise upon receipt. All claims for shortages, damaged, or incorrect merchandise must be received within three days of receipt and reported to our customer service department: CustomerService@BluefishSport.com.

All wholesale returns must receive a return authorization number by emailing Returns@BluefishSport.com or calling (305) 381-5024. Upon approval of a return, a Return Authorization number [RA#] will be issued via email. The RA# must be written on the outside of the returning package and the form must be included inside the box describing the reason for your return.

First time buyers are permitted to exchange merchandise after 30 days to ensure that you are purchasing the best items for your demographics.  Simply call your sales rep to exchange a percentage of your order to receive new items that may be better suited.  This program is designed to make sure you are successful with our products and we are a partner to help in that success.

Returned merchandise must be returned in excellent unused condition, including all hangtags and original packaging. We do not accept returns of worn, customer-damaged, laundered or soiled items. If items being returned do not follow these guidelines, a 30% cleaning and restocking fee will be applied to your credit or the items might be returned at your expense.

Wholesale returns are only accepted and marked as a credit for future purchases on your initial order, so you can feel the fabric, get correct sizing and get to know your customers' tastes. Pre-approved Return/Exchange Program is for new customers only and must be processed within the first 30 days of your initial purchase.

Refunds for all returned merchandise will be credited toward your next order; there are no exceptions.

For your protection, we suggest that you return your package insured. Bluefish Sport® will not be responsible for any lost items being returned by mail post.

All Sale and Closeout items are final sales—no exchanges; no exceptions.

 
Do you have a catalog?

Bluefish Sport® provides all product information on our website. We will provide complete wholesale catalogs for wholesale customers/distributors only, when available. Simply call us at 305.381.5024, or click on Contact Us to request your catalog. The sales representative for your area will also contact you once a catalog has been requested.

How do I get on your mailing list?
Simply click on Sign-up for Our Newsletter on the homepage and fill out the request form completely, taking care to let us know whether you are a Retail customer or a Wholesale customer.

Do you have a size chart?
Yes! The fabric and size chart is available for every product on the home product page.
