RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES.


RETURNS

  • Final Sale: All sale and closeout items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Return Process: Please text 561-231-1846 or email info@bluefish-sport.com and state which items you are returning and whether you’d like a refund or exchange. (We offer free shipping on exchanges.)

  • Online Orders Only: Items purchased directly from Bluefish Sport® online must be returned by mail and cannot be returned to any certified retail store.

  • Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the invoice date for unworn, unwashed, and unused merchandise only.

  • Condition Requirements: Items must be in original condition with all tags attached and be free from pet hair, deodorant marks, or any signs of wear.

  • Non-Eligible Items: Soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered items will not be accepted.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Bluefish Sport® reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.


REFUNDS

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 4–5 business days of receiving the returned merchandise.

  • Refunds are only available within 30 days of the invoice date.

  • Customers will receive an email confirmation once the return is processed and the credit has been issued.


EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your returned item.

  • Please text 561-231-1846 or email info@bluefish-sport.com before sending any merchandise to confirm availability and request free shipping for your exchange.


RETURNS BY MAIL

  1. Pack the merchandise securely (preferably in the original packaging) and remove any old labels.

  2. Use a traceable shipping method such as UPS or insured USPS and keep your tracking number.

  3. C.O.D. deliveries will not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Text 561-231-1846 with photos of the damage, your order number, and a brief description of the issue.

  • We’ll assist you with the return or replacement process promptly.


WRONG ITEM, COLOR, OR SIZE

If you received the incorrect item:

  • Please text 561-231-1846 or email info@bluefish-sport.com before returning it so we can assist and cover return shipping if the error was on our end.

  • Include your order number and a brief explanation of what you received vs. what you ordered.

Yes! You may request the length you want, and for an additional $4.50 we will hem and ship them to you in 5–7 business days.
